Dymo Laser Printer won't print to Military Base

So I had someone with a military FBO, AP base address order a product. I try to print the label on my DYMO Labelwriter as usual but it will not print. It does not give a reason why, it just does nothing at all.

Anyone ever had this issue?

Are you able to print any kind of international shipping label? FPO/APO shipping labels print out the same format as Int'l labels.

Are you using Paypal or eBay shipping? According to the community you can't print international thermal labels with eb/PP shipping, but you can print them thermal using eBay's free version of stamps.com

Looks like you gotta print that label on a regular printer.
