Im getting loads royal mail delays in dec

My customers are leaving low stars for late delivery even tho i tell them it was posted on time

I use paypal RM labels would i be able to get some of those late deliveries stars removed if i call ebay and show them the label numbers

You can try but if they are late then that is a fact, regardless of when sent ...it might help though as it is known there were delays in Dec

I have not had any complaints for lateness yet, but I had about 10 sent out all on a single day that did not track at all and all it says is ' will update when delivery attempted' on RM site. All others are fine, just this batch......I got a couple of INRs from that bunch so far........

It happens. Last year by late delivery doubled from 2% to just under 4% and straight back down after Christmas. I'm hoping to get away with it this year. Not much point talking to eBay about it imho.

This is the first time iv ever used paypal RM labels ...If i had experience i could have put a warning xmas delays on the post in dec ..now i have 6% lates im getting abit worried :(
