eBay fees charged to VCC

eBay said they charged my fees at 00:30 last night. My paypal account is currently limited so i assume it has charged either my bank account or VCC. I have no access to the VCC though and no money has came out my bank account. Just wondering how I should go about checking what has been charged and what I can do to pay the money. Thanks

Is the bank account on the eb account? Is the VCC on the eb account?

Checking account will take few days to show if debited - how do you have no access to the VCC?

Another reason that I recommend paying fees in advance of date due, moving forward - this is what I do.

No bank account or VCC on eBay, just paypal account. I only got given the card number at the time and cant find it anymore. Really not sure what I can do

The fees will still be owed

Just check out your billing section

You can add a VCC to the eBay directly to pay it

If only the paypal account was set as the payment method then only that can be charged for those fees.
If the account is limited theres no way for that charge to be completed.
Youll see that balance as outstanding and the paypal account will be removed as your method of payment once that charge fails.
