few my acc was limited after I sent payment..paid from balance not card but few acc got same limited?
this means my card flagged or in PayPal black list?
any experience?

I saw this message once when I used Entropay on US accounts...

I use France bank virtual visa.. I think entropay it's not really good so probably my vcc added to PayPal black list..
just need another members experience

If you're getting the message across multiple accounts it means the vcc is no good. Add to the blacklist

It's not problem to link the card to your account, but it's a problem to spend money from it?
