This limitation hits on my 14 paypal. what is going on?
everytime i try to withdraw or move the money, account got limited right away.

For example, I added a new BOA checking account to my paypal, i tried to withdraw 243 dollars then the account got limited right away because of unusual activity on the credit card linked to my PayPal account?

how fast after you get the money do you attempt to withdraw?
How old are the accounts?

Accounts are two months old. I waited for 5 days.
As soon as i try to move the money, i will get an email from paypal saying my account is limited.

Then you are most likely removing too much too fast.
You need to take it out in small portions first (around $25 each time) then move up little by little)

I doubt it could be the card because I would get that same message, but yet I have no card attached nor money go in or out of the account.

Do as mentioned above and start with small amounts. I usually start off with $35, then $50, $70 slowly working to around $200.

Always worth remembering that both eb and pp are known to send curveball e-mails that don`t really make sense about the account persay but just to limit/block you. Generic e-mails.
