Hi there, i am just wondering can i still use my mobile/cell phone i used at my old address i was banned from ebay in, aslong as i dont go on anything ebay related ie. the ebay website or the ebay app?

i have used the wifi at my old address on my phone with a paypal app which is now deleted, i wont be using ebay on a browser or an app at this new address, so i am ok to use the cell phone for basic things yes? without being linked

Being linked to what?? If you aren't using ebay or PP in any way then go for it

Its fine to use your mobile so long as you don't have the APP

If you do use eBay on it just use the browser and make sure to clean out the history
