Is entropay working for ebay and/or PayPal

I have been using a number of different VCC, but quite a lot has been shut down recently which is a real pain and now looking for different methods.

Has anyone recently used entropay for creating a new account and not had any issues?

Will it work fine for eBay accounts (no PayPal account)?

I think entropay is hit and miss. Your best bet would be checking out the marketplace where cards are sold for your specific purposes. I hear IGNAS has good stock.
