MM78 is right - don't mess around with multiple accounts all linking with 1 eb or 1 pp.

Technically you can have more than one but almost always get limited and 100% of the time get linked. Rarely does it have an advantage but nearly always has crushing downsides.

As many as you want - as long as you understand they'll all be linked and limited sooner rather than later.

There is always a chance they can refuse your documents. Need to provide good quality
