2 - Send money from another PayPal
3 - Load it from a bank account. This only works with matching names

Some let direct debits out, but it rare.

The other 2 options are your best bet. The first being the best method for a strong account really

Just don't want to waste a current account on this particular stealth account, especially when I can open regular savers within the same account. I'm only using my current accounts for really strong aged PayPal accts that I have
