foolishly added money to paypal from bank account.
I was stupid and without thinking I wanted to buy t something and added money to paypal account from the current account using bank transfer. I guess it will be toast ? what do you think please ?

It will be OK

Worst case is that PayPal remove the bank account from the PayPal and if you want to add it again you need to ring them for them to manually do it

One time is unlikely to cause trouble as long as funds go through and your payment doesn't bounce as well

No, should not be a problem.

You have a good chance of the transfer going through without issues,
