Cannot Add Bank Account to PayPal

Hi Guys,
Im running this eBay account since Dec 2016, i have around 1300 feedbacks as well. I have added barclays business account for this and i had to close that account and open a new account. but i can't add the new account now. i also tried with Halifax account but it says try again later. Please Help.Thanks

Try turning off your VPN when adding the bank account if you’re using one.

I tried to remove the attached card but it won't let me.

This is the message i get i tried several times w but same message appear
"We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."

One thing to do is just leave the present bank on paypal, then add another account. Make that your primary for some months. Then delete that older account.

This message is so common these days. Happens several times a week.

Do try again in a couple of days and see what happens.

I deleted already the old bank account already.

Usually in such situations calling in is the best way to getting the bank account added on.

If you are adding a new bank and there's an error, then quid often it's because you opened the bank the same day, wait till next day.

It's nothing to do with VPN
