Can the selling of Ebay accounts be persecuted?

Could Ebay in theory sue someone who sells Ebay accounts? I am dead sure they don't have the time or the will to so, but technically speaking, is that possible at all?

You can legally sell your ebay account. Ebay makes it quite easy to change name, address, email etc...

I wouldn't imagine so. What if people sold their business, etc etc? eBay shouldn't be stepping into that.

The only thing being broken when selling an ebay account is EBay's ToS. No legal boundaries are crossed so they have no grounds to sue.
