Running ebay operation from cafe or library?

It's true - I know some old people who have never heard of the internet (I made that up.)

Can run from the top of a mountain if you want. But there is no need to use Library or Cafe WiFi when you can tether or use VPN and get a much cleaner IP

There's a very good chance that most public IP's are blacklisted. Yes mobile data IP's are also shared but these are not taken into account by eBay/PayPal.

For HEALTH of accounts, consider it an ABSOLUTE no.

Probably won't work for long. Tether to your phone. Or ask to see if a neighbor will let you piggyback on theirs.

For sure, if not banned, you will get a LOT of security issues and checks from PayPal/eBay... this is asking for troubles.
