Hello, do my new users need to be administrators or can they be regular, guest users?

I don't think it really matters. BUT:

Guest IMO is better, that way nothing can be done on that user account without permissions.

The default on new user accounts is Guest, so just run with it.

Hi.when i opened new user acct on my new user desktop was chrome and adobe cloud.is it due the Microsoft or?can it link me ?chrome is new and adobe cloud also but i didnot downloaded them they were on a desktop of my new user acct.happened with someone?Thank you earlier

I have no idea what your asking. I'm guessing others wont get it either. The Chrome browser its self wont give you any issues. WebRTC might through chrome if you use a VPN or Proxy but not if you tether or use a regular internet connection.

Disable Flash, Java, and IPv6 and use a WebRTC blocker if your using a VPN or Proxy.

I dont see how adobe cloud would jam you up. But if you use image hosting, you dont want to upload pics from one image hosting account to multiple ebay accounts.
