Default is seller guarantee email not working anymore?

2 days ago i received a claim and i represented it by emailing

seller-guarantee@amazon.com

Today, when i was checking my Amazon account, i see no case was created in the seller support ( as it's always does when i email the seller guarantee team ). When i check the claim status, it still said "waiting for seller's information"

Have anyone experienced this?

Have you tried again ? And after that have you called seller support about this?

Keep in mind, amazon IS glitchy.

Amazon has been experiencing strange glitches/delays with seller performance as of recently, this could be related too.

They could be doing some kind of update or moving people/departments around... Hopefully gets sorted out in the near future.

I’ve been having the same problem. I’ve had delays in A to Z claim responses. I have one since Saturday that has not been responded too.

same here, i just double check on my other accounts, it's the same. I have to reply by login-ed to seller central instead of email them.
