Top rated seller gone from listings

Im a top rated seller in my eBay account according to the seller dashboard.

However no sign anywhere else of this.

Not even the little power seller icon next to the user name.

Any updates I dont know about?

Any way to get it back?

I wrote to them about it but you get the usual canned bugger off response.

Did you just now become one? When did you notice the update in your dashboard?

Been one for a while, and the icon just went and no clue as to why.

Are you meeting the requirements on on the listings themselves?

You can be TRS and still have no listings that are TRS if you dont meet the extra requirement for each listing
