Help with bank account

Got this email.

Your bank has let us know that you can’t use your bank account ending in XXX to fund PayPal payments. If you already have a card linked to your PayPal account, we’ll use it to fund your future payments.

Does this mean I can still withdraw money from my paypal into my bank, but not out the bank and into paypal ?

That is normal

You can withdraw to the bank account, you cannot use it to load funds to PayPal though
