Ebay require VAT number.. can i sell on .com?

hello, ebay require VAT number, and i dont have it... and as i understand im not allowed to sell in ebay.co.uk site. All my adds are ereased.

Can i sell on ebay.com and forget ebay.co.uk?

And now my warehouse adress is in UK, which country should i use (using VPN) if i want to sell on ebay.com?

There should be a box that you tick when signing up to say you don't have one

im overseas seller, and if i dont have VAT number, ebay support told me i cannot sell. Every overseas bussiness seller must have VAT number... im not sure i understand it right

You can do selling with no VAT but you should care about the threshold.
