Templetes for product description

Hi Guys,
Well I've been selling on ebay for few years. All my descriptions are copy paste from suppliers, no colours borders etc...i have seen so many sellers have insert nice colourful descriptions with borders around. Im really interested to give my descriptions a new face. How can i do that please?

It's pretty easy, just Google eBay templates, you'll get a html code you can paste into eBay (when creating a listing), and then edit description and take it from there.

Some let you add description etc. on their site, and even generate the html code for you, so you just simply paste and submit your listing.

I should add though, using templates can make the viewing experience more difficult for those using the ebay mobile app to browse your listings as it can't adjust as easily. Given a large % of sales would come through mobile, it may not always be a wise idea to use templates.

I would have to agree with Play, also having a template that's heavy on images is going to slow down a page load if someone is viewing it on a mobile device. I use to use a lot of templates, not anymore. I just make sure all the information is presented in an easy to read format.

Same with me. Clear, clean text, no frills.

People just want the info, not the cr*p. Besides, the fancy stuff doesn't always translate well from browser to browser.

The EB changes the rules and you have to redo 26K listings. Not worth the effort.

But we all go through this phase at some point or another and have to learn the hard way.
