Trying to return a TV i bought of ebay but they said they want to send someone to pic

I need to return the TV gon into a dispute with them cos there useless

the last email i got from them was we will send a courier to pick it up

Iv sent them 6 emails saying NO i will send it back to you by DPD at my own expense as i wont be in 6 emails iv sent latter and there still ignoring me

I googled them thye got a huge warehouse shop up north

The only person who i could get thru on the phone was a finance guy who said the address on google is not the return address So i said can you give me the correct address he said i dont know theirs so many

What shall i do now escalate the dispute

I assume OP wants to have receipt / proof of tracking to hand, just encase the seller denies they received it etc.

OP - If they are a genuine business, lots of feedback, i'd take them up on that offer.

Most couriers you'd book probably wont accept to take a TV, due to it being so fragile. See their item restriction list.

When someone collects something as a return like that usually the courier will give whomever they are collecting the item from a receipt

I would guess maybe another reason is the address on the eBay is different to OPs actual collection address?

Just ask seller to confirm through eBay message that they going to collect after that call eBay and they will give you green light you will be fully covered

Its a stealth address ,,and iv put it thru a dispute ,,so any ebay worker can see its not my registered address and in fact a banned account address

If its a very large eBay account its possible they have a contact number

Phone them and tell them the item was a gift and needs to be collected from a different address then they can arrange to have it collected from the address that the item is actually located at
