Default Another Ste##th pp account toast

Hi again

Just had another stealth pp taken down. All going well. Not silly sales. Tipped my 90 days ok but 2 things:

1) case open on 85th day, Refunded and all Sorted.

2) just got to the EU receiving limit close message

Two weeks ago got “your account limited” Asked me to supply business info, invoices etc

Got a passport and spoke with pp explaining that I’m not a business and it’s personal stuff I’m selling (which was true. Leaving business stuff until after 90 days) managed to blag it and got the account back now it’s gone again.

Where am I going wrong. I have another account that’s 3 weeks from 90 days, 10-15 items a week, nothing silly, no cases opened, not draining pp. how many items is too many?
Am I best avoiding even the first initial EU receiving limit message before the 90 days.

Had the stealth guide many moons ago which got me back on 2 years ago but I am struggling like mad now.

Any suggestions would be sooo helpful.

Thanks.

Starts outs being little bits and bobs from the house (kids clothes, books nothing over £5) then the wife’s clothes and some of mine. Wife has designer stuff but it’s all fairly old and used. Selling nothing new

If its just the one account it's happened to, I wouldn't say you are "struggling like mad" .

Any account can hit issues, a sample of 1 is not a very good measure of your stealth techniques.

I'm my experience 99% of issues come down to the items you sell or how fast you sell items. The fact they have asked for business info and invoices suggests it's the items you have sold.

It’s not the first account I’ve lost nor is it the only accounts I have.

Can anyone suggest what sort of items are best to sell until and beyond the 90 day rubbish.

The clothes are used and genuinely belong to me, child and wife.

I’m struggling as I’m one of the fools that relied on one account for lively hood and now I’m rushing to get back in the game. Considered buying an account but I’m guessing I’ll be in the same boat etc?

Thanks

Super massive idiot!

One more sorry!

EU receiving limit before or after 90 days?

Is it good to get it out of the way sooner rather than later or avoid until all other holds are gone?

Thanks.

Why are you waiting 90 days? Are your main items high risk?

It doesn't really matter when you hit the EU limits.

1. Quite a lot of posts in the forum about what to sell at different times.

2. You need multiple accounts to spread sales. Designer label could always be considered high risk.

Designer labels will be a main product but 99% are used and hve been purchased via eBay and other places.

I’ve done this for years but seems hard to get back where’s I was

Those sorts of items are always going to be high risk

Just waiting 90 days doesnt really make the account suddenly bullet proof. All that means is that the holds will without a doubt have been removed as well as some category limits

I know 90 days is a bench mark not the “let’s smash it hard” green flag. 90 days drops holds and take your account directly off PayPal’s immediate pedestal.

It just measn the holds are gone. They can still come back though

People think that suddenly at 90 days something magic happens. It doesn't, its just what PayPal feel is a reasonable amount of time. Nothing about the account itself changes, simply the holds being removed. 90% of the time the holds do get removed before the 90 day period

I would have a look at

The paperwork you sent to PayPal
The items you are selling

I expect the answer will be in one of those 2 areas
