heard of someone told that when paypal ask owner id and he just provide LLC document.

is that true?

and paypal will only know the LLC and EIN? they not know where i from?

First part is false. If the account is limited they're going to want all kinds of personal identifying information.

2nd part is true. An LLC is it's own legal entity, so that's the only entity PP would know in this case.
