same street number, different apartment number??

Could I use my street number but with a different apartment number (my neighbor's) when opening stealth Paypal account? Will there be any issues with Paypal? My neighbor doesn't have a paypal account.

It's not very stealthy but that would be fine. Plenty of legitimate Paypal users live in apartment buildings and do not get linked.

I wouldn't even use the same zipcode.
I just don't like taking chances.
If you must have access to the address then get yourself apo box instead.

One issue is 1099's and other mail would / could be sent there.
