Re: First suspended then deactivated - new account
Same thing happened to me. I had an old seller account from like 5 years ago and that I forgot I had. I did get suspended on that account cause I did not respond to a customer complain. I opened a professional seller account 2 months ago and was selling fine then last week got an email that my account was suspedned due to being related to another account that was suspedned.
I did appeal and then got this message
Your Amazon Seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you and may be held for 90 days or longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
This decision was made after reviewing both your account and the information provided.
