Further Details - Shipment is being transferred under bond to another facility.
Next Steps - The shipment will move under bond and be lodged in the next port once approved for transfer. The package is in the usa currently when its meant to be shipped to toronto do I get charged tax in usa and canada?

is the tracking number what does this mean as well?

Where are you tracking your DHL shipment? I don't see anything like that when I track your shipment from their website.

Ah, I see it. I don't think you have anything to worry about. A few weeks there was another Canadian with a DHL shipment that did the same thing (landed in USA and passed through Cinci port before going to CA).

It's probably a logistical thing on DHL's end. Maybe they didn't have enough shipment volume to send a plane to Canada from HK so they're consolidating shipments in USA first. IDK for sure. "Transferred on bond" may mean that a 3rd party is handling this leg of the shipment.

Either way I think you're fine with the DHL shipment.
