One of my outstanding account which was TopRated for a while, has recently fallen Below Standard due to nonresolved issues with customers( Made same bad judgement calls and got a complacent). I just received an email from eBay that if it remains below standard for a 3rd cycle then they will "take some action"
What actions are they alluding to?
Anyone encounter this?
And whats the best way to get this account back on top.

How tf can you be that bad at selling? You waiting a week to ship stuff? I try to treat people how I would want to be treated and when I order something, I don't want it taking a week just to ship. Seriously wtf.
No one is threatening you. They are taking action due to your non-compliance of standards that they set for sellers.
yes. I had the same thing happen to account I had for 20+ years, and eBay shut it down. No explanation. No warning. No appeal. Indefinite suspension of my selling privil. Still have the account and I buy on it occasionally, but no selling allowed.
I'm not going to address the idiots on this post, I just mentioned I was TopRated and had some unresolved issues with customers which resulted in below standard (Nothing to do with Shipping speed, nor the manner in which my customers are treated)
Anyway I'm going to list all my premium products on this account and get back on top.
The same thing happen to me but what worked for me was that I went on to chat with eBay and explained myself that I have been a brilliant seller since I started selling selling on eBay and all the customers who have complained about the services or the items itself I have done what I could to resolve their issue. I have had quite good customer services that were brilliant and confirmed with me that they will be removing those defect rate. You might want to try and give it a go see how it goes good luck
