Hi,can i use my old paypal account but i will add new bank account still on my real name although my pp been used for my restricted ebay account..can i use it if i have new stealth ebay account? thanks

In theory you can use it. It might not last a very long time though doing it that way.

Ideally you use a new ebay and paypal following all stealth rules.

It's better to start everything new.

You can use that old PP on a new eBay but eventually both will get nuked.
