Vero suspened my Ebay account. Can you help me?

I have my account has been suspended by vero . Today Ebay send me 1 email and require some document as :
Please provide one proof of identity document:
· Driver License (copy of both front and back)
· Passport
· Military ID
· National/Federal ID card
AND provide one proof of address document:
· Bank statements, including loan/mortgage statements
· Credit card statements
· Utility bills (phone, power, water, etc.)
· Insurance bills and statements
I only have National card.
Can you help me on bank statements or credit card statements

Why do you think your account has been suspended because of Vero? I don't see eBay asking for invoices, but rather for ID documents.

Where does it say "Vero" in the e-mail? You need to send eBay what they asked for. As a proof of address you need to send them one of these documents:


· Bank statements, including loan/mortgage statements

· Credit card statements

· Utility bills (phone, power, water, etc.)

· Insurance bills and statements


Just one, not all. So if you don't have a utility bill, send them a credit card statement.

They also require government issued ID such as license both are achievable

This email is sent from vero@ebay.ca. I only have national card. Can I ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one of these?
