I assume your paypal and all ebays are linked by name and address and also by ip/cookies/flash?

therefore if you use the non-banned ones they are likely to go down too..

Make new accounts that are unlinked to banned ones, and try and clear up and reinstate the banned ones, if they wont reinstate walk away never touch them again apart from to withdraw at 180 day point or get cheque from paypal ,if there is money in it.
