be carefull : visavcc has no reply after i paid

i paid for a pp verification visa card 5 days ago. but still no clue when can i get my card to verify my paypal. i emailed them twice but no reply at all. i am afraid if the company just gone or something wrong with them ? don't send payment to them before you get some responds from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
