Hi I was wondering if I would still get a 1099-K if my paypal is from a different country attached to my USA eBay? or do I pay taxes off the bank country the paypal originated to? Thanks guys!

may be not,it would need your SSN and if your Paypal account is not US based,you would not have entered SSN.
But according to US TAX Law,a US citizen or resident would have to report his income no matter where he resides.
ask your accountant
