ebay susoendid after first listing

this is the second account that got suspendid after first listing,i fallow all the rules new ip,new phone,warmed the ac**** for 30 days,listed a non barande plastic bowl,
i dont understand what i did wrong, i have created several account a year go fallowing the same rules but its not working,i just want to ask has anything changed?

Yes things have changed. They're ramping up security in preparation for managed payments, evidently. Everybody is having the same experience.

It seems Ebay suspends all the new accounts created. Same German Ebay. Crazy.

I used Residential IP to create new stealth accounts recently, all of them were blocked with days even I hadn't listed items.

German Ebays with German details?
German IP?
German Phone number?

I'm having same exact problem.

Let accounts soak in with lots of browsing history, using same IP.

When I go to list first item, account is suspended.

These are accounts purchased in the marketplace.

Haven't been able to get a new one going in awhile.
