Acct on hold / Selling Restricted / Unpaid Fees - Suspension when?

Anyone know how long I may have to pay seller fees before acct suspension after they place the first hold on selling privileges?

I have an accounts and the Paypal link to it was limited so I can't pay fee. I received some messages from Ebay noticed paying fee and my account still wasn't been suspended. The fee is more than 80$. And I think it's better if you pay within 1 week.

Strange, strange.... When I paid it using my debit card a screen popped up, it read,
"We're processing your payment...we'll let ya know...see you around.."
