Removing Contact from PP - Not working

When I go to PP - I can see some contacts names in a coloured circle on the top right side of the screen - now these are seem like contacts that I sent payment to outside of Ebay so thats how I guess they are showing there.

How do i deleted these contacts from the account? - I have tried following the step by step guide from Ebay - but the 'delete contact' option does not show and is not available when you go to account settings and click on the contact - it just puts a '+' sign to the contact

Anyone able to help?

We have moved house changed every one of the addresses on the cards in the wallet yet can't change the home essential location on PayPal. Without a doubt moving house doesn't mean erasing the PayPal record and after that opening another one? How would I change the essential location ? Furthermore, how to I get PayPal keen on responding to this straightforward inquiry.? If you think by deleting them you're somewhat protecting yourself from account getting linked/suspended etc. later on down the line, you'll be mistaken. Regardless of what you delete on PayPal, they store everything, for good. Just bear that in mind.
