Removing listing

Hello guys,

Hope you're doing great, I have an issue, every time I list this particular product ( night cream product for ladies), Ebay removed my listing and they send me this message :
'Your selling privileges have been temporarily restricted: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item'
I searsh for the product in the ebay VERO list, I didn't found it and more than that a lot of sellers with new accounts are selling the same product with no problem, can I know what I'm doing wrong and if there is a way to fix it.

Health and beauty category is a hot one and that night cream product might be just marked for auto-removal.

Lot of sellers selling it doesn't mean that it's right but they might have found ways to avoid the listing removal. Trial and error on your part is needed.

eBay has been stung very badly in the past from beauty products company, I think it was a french company that sued eBay and eBay ended up paying millions of euros in damages.

If you are not an authorized reseller, stay away from that category or else you will be doomed quickly.
