Why Do i need to Open new user windows?

Is it change my MAC Adress? How does it help? Isn't it better to open an account on Mozilla Portable with PRIVAT PROXY and that's it?

It's to keep your cookies separate. MAC addresses aren't seen by the outside internet so they aren't relevant.

Using portable copies of firefox will also work. I can't comment on the proxy service you mentioned because I don't know what you're referring to. Luminati?

The proxy name is : proxy n- VPN , they have Private proxies for 2.35$. Heard about them??

Yes, i've heard and used them before. They're not good with ebay and paypal.
They're just good for social media accounts. Better to use real residential IPs/4G Mobile Proxies instead.
Or get IPBurgerVPN.
Cheap services = low quality (most of the time)

new mac = new ip
that is if you are set up for dynamic ips with your internet provider
