Permanently limited

Been on paypal for years but i let my mate use it and he took two payments off customers and didnt send the product. Then they put in refund request and let the case run down for a month till paypal refunded them and my account was in -£325 for a month. Now i have been permanently limited but paypal wont tell me why. Will it be because of this? Even though i have been using for years and its only two cases? Very annoying

Did Paypal ask you to bring your balance to neutral?before they limit your account?

Well yes of course, it's because of this.

325 pounds is a lot of money, plus this activity raised a big red flag. If I were PP I'd have done the same.

You can try calling them and see if there's a way they'll let you back in.

As Saijin said its the money you own by paypal how can they let you use their services?

Yep it is more than likely down to the non delivery and then not resolving the case

if you have resolved the issue $$ and Paypal still limited you,it could be your mate?
Does he have a limited Paypal account ?
Paypal could have linked the 2 accounts since you allow him to access yours??
