Paypal Limited or Permanently Limited?
Hi, recently I've got two messages from Paypal (in chronological order):
1. Quote: Your PayPal Funds are Eligible for Withdrawal
Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal.
To withdraw funds from your account, please log in to PayPal.
As a reminder, access to your account will remain limited until you perform the steps required to lift the limitation.
While access to your account is limited, you may:
* place logos into your auction listings or on your website
* update your account information
* withdraw funds from your account
You may not:
* send or request money
* receive payments
* add funds to your account
* close your account.
| 2. Quote: PayPal appeal denied
In order to protect all PayPal customers and the quality of our service, we
take violations of our User Agreement very seriously. After further review
of your faxed documents, we have determined that you were not 18 years old when opening your PayPal account and would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business.
If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no outstanding issues
such as unresolved Buyer Complaints or chargebacks, your account will
remain limited.
If there are funds in your account, you may withdraw the funds from your
account.
If there are outstanding Buyer Complaints or chargebacks, and you choose
to refund your customers, please log into your account and respond to each
Buyer Complaint or chargeback in order to resolve each issue.
To view the status of a transaction dispute:
1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click Resolution Centre on your Account Overview page.
3. In the drop down box on the Transaction Disputes page, select "Open
Cases"
4. Click the "Details" link of the transaction in question to view the
status
PayPal reserves the right to close any account reported to be involved in
possible high-risk behaviour.
We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter and
regret any inconvenience it may cause you.
| So, as in the second letter I haven't found steps required to lift the limitation, should I understand it as they've banned me from Paypal forever?
My Paypal account looks almost the same as earlier, the only message that I'm limited is showing when I'm trying to remove my bank account info. I even could update my account from Personal to Premier (occasionally).
Is there any difference between Paypal limited and permanently limited? Or it is the same things?
