PayPal limited - asking for business information
Hi all,
I have received an email from PayPal which says they have limited my account. I need to submit these things:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Model Information:
- What is the reason for the recent increase in payments received?
- Give a projection of the volumes you expect to receive each month for
the next 6 months (specify currency).
- Provide the name and address of your main suppliers.
- Do you post from inventory or drop-ship?
- What percentage of items sold are drop-shipped?/What percentage of
items sold are held in stock?
- Provide a copy of any invoices from your suppliers for the
merchandise sold for a value of xxxx£.
An invoice is an original bill of sale referencing where you purchased
or acquired the items you're selling along with the name and phone
number of your supplier. *Note: We can't accept Pro Forma invoices as
valid unless accompanied by proof of payment.
- Provide tracking numbers/proof of delivery for the following
transactions received into your PayPal account:
- Transaction ID:*removed*
- Transaction ID:*removed*
Financial Information:
To make sure that your company can support the volumes currently being
processed through our system, provide your company's most recent:
- Bank statement with payments to your supplier.
Personal Information:
- Provide a valid copy of your proof of identity (passport or driving
licence)
- Provide a valid proof of address (government issued utility bill or
bank statement dated within the previous 12 months)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I can provide the personal information easy enough, but the issue is with the invoices and bank statements to the supplier, because I can't supply these. What's the likelihood I can get past this by submitting my own invoices and bank statements?
