Default Stealth Account Suspended

I bought a fully verified US Amazon Stealth account a month ago with Amazon.com. I received my first disbursement a week ago. When I logged into Amazon yesterday, there is a message: "NOT AUTHORIZED: You do not have access to merchant XXXXXX. Please pick a different merchant or marketplace." I can only access Amazon Japan which i do not sell there; it says "Suspended"
" To reactivate your account please provide the docujments listed below...:
+ A bill that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, water, or internet service with name and address visible.
+ Business license (if applicable)
Have anyone had this issue before? What should I do?

Which Seller did you buy the account from? Was it supposed to be fully verified or not? Usually sellers have different packages on here with different prices depending on whether or not the account is fully verified already..

I bought it from Beautiful $975 fully verified package. I am waiting for him to respond on this.

It was scary having few thousands dollar on it and could not login. I hope there will be a solution for this. I don't know if I am ever going to buy a stealth again, no peace of mind not knowing what is going to happen the next day dealing with stealth. I admire people who have many stealth accounts.

What bank did you add? Sounds like the banking info is what triggered re-verification

The only time we see this is if the shop is inactive with no history/sales/activity

Since you have sales it sounds like you have activity so I'm more curious about the type of bank you added

Send me an email when you get a chance to try to figure it out

Good question. We should keep that in mind when choosing what Bank Account to add to stealth accounts I guess.

We have discovered information that indicates your Amazon seller account has engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. This conduct violates the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. As a result, we have closed your Amazon seller account to prevent harm to our customers, other selling partners, and our store. Your listings have been deactivated, and any open orders have been canceled.

I'll be damned! I received something similar on a new account I just made and I was sending utility bill for. I almost feel like maybe they linked the account to another account or to previously suspended account. The language used is very similar and something I've never seen before. Either that or maybe that's the new form letter they have and are using, here is my letter:

Hello

Your Amazon selling account remains deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?
This decision was made after reviewing both your account and the information provided.

What happens if my account is not reactivated?
If you do not provide a valid appeal, or choose not to appeal the deactivation, 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. The policies we put in place are to protect our customers and selling partners. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.

We may not respond to further emails about this issue.

Alek did you add a chase bank to your shop?

It could be chase as I've seen a few people report similar issues when adding their bank account with mismatching name. Almost like Chase somehow notified amazon that the names did not match on the deposit. Solution for chase would be to go with a business checking, with the business name as the store name on amazon to make things match

Thank you for the heads up, but I used Bank of America Business Account. Everything matched actually, the account is real and was opened for the LLC used, so addresses and everything is matching. Maybe it's just bad time of the year at the moment right before Xmas, I think I'll wait a month and appeal and see if I can get it up and going then... I'm just hoping it's not linked somehow.
