I'll be damned! I received something similar on a new account I just made and I was sending utility bill for. I almost feel like maybe they linked the account to another account or to previously suspended account. The language used is very similar and something I've never seen before. Either that or maybe that's the new form letter they have and are using, here is my letter:
Hello
Your Amazon selling account remains deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
This decision was made after reviewing both your account and the information provided.
What happens if my account is not reactivated?
If you do not provide a valid appeal, or choose not to appeal the deactivation, 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. The policies we put in place are to protect our customers and selling partners. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
We may not respond to further emails about this issue.
