New account gets this suspension message after sending Electric Bill:
So I made a new account, using my real name that was once suspended about 10 years ago. I used everything different, with a new valid LLC (partnership) and new accounts, business address, everything.
They asked for ID and Electric Bill. I sent both, they didn't like the electric bill which I resubmitted few times, finally I changed the electric bill (which is a real bill) by adding the company name above my name. (the original statement was residential and only had my name on it). Here is the response I just got from them, it almost sounds like they linked the account to the old suspended account, is that possible or am I just reading too much into it?
