Competitor send message ⊗⊗⊗⊗ inauthentic negative feedback suspension
How do you guys deal with ******* competitor that post ⊗⊗⊗⊗ reviews/feedback plus sending multiple messages containing keyword that trigger suspension all at once?
I've seen a guy sent me multiple messages lying about not as pictured, inauthentic, ⊗⊗⊗⊗, not as described lol.. I replied sent evidence I took for packaging every order in reply message on amazon just in case they look so that could prove I sold the legit stuff exactly as pictured. The guy kept sending these messages nonstop still, I got annoyed so I refunded him just in case he opened A to Z claim and hurts my selling performance. A few days later
I received an email from amazon "We have discovered information that indicates your Amazon seller account has engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. This conduct violates the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. As a result, we have closed your Amazon seller account to prevent harm to our customers, other selling partners, and our store. Your listings have been deactivated, and any open orders have been canceled."
BTW the wording from that ⊗⊗⊗⊗ buyer ******* that sent me message looks very familiar to message in another suspended account. That one doesn't have money in it so I don't give a crap but this one does have money in it.. How do I deal with this? Amazon didn't reply to my complain emails.
