Taking over friends seller account

I am have the opportunity to take over a friends amazon seller account. I am suspended user and wanted to know the best steps I should take. I have a new laptop ready to go with a Fresh IP

Does any of my business info have to match anything that's on my friends account like address? or can I just simply add my EIN with my business info and wait for amazon to verify it

For bank/payment/email/phone number how long should I wait to change all that info to my business? Thinking if i change too much all at once it can cause a red flag

See if he can sell you his laptop that has all the cookies/history of operating the store

When you update information you'll want to do it after building cookies/history on your new device/new IP

The more history the better

You can update legal entity and card/bank after building history but there is always a chance of re-verification

I hate to be the nay sayer here but I don't advise mixing friends and business.
Anything happen to that account and who knows how that will impact that friendship...
