can i use a bank account from out of state?

hello, i have a stealth account and now i need a bank account to withdraw the money i have in paypal. around 800. or more.

so can i use my friends bank account which was opened in california?

is it safe to use my own bank account on stealth accounts ( i know they cant see my name,but....). or what would you do in my case.

the stealth account is set up and running on the east coast.

how can i purchase from my supplier using paypal without paypal getting all suspicious and then limiting my account?

if my paypal account becomes limited. Should i just give up the ebay account that goes with that? or is there any way to maybe use another paypal or something else, that will not link me?

just use a new clean bank account, use your own its easier...locations of bank accounts are irrelevant....paypal wont get suspicious, about what? you can buy using paypal from china or whatever....if you are limited, unlimit yourself by providing info they ask for , eg. id, supplier invoice etc, if they dont accept it and permenantly limit you, your ebay account may sometimes be left standing but without a paypal attached you would have to use other payment methods...
