Secondary user permission ....proposed user has a amazon seller account

Secondary user permission now requires ID for the secondary user in EU....proposed user however has a amazon seller account. He willnly be a secondary user for a week.

Is this

1. dangerous in itself aka related account even thogh his seller accout is dormant

2. dangerous in future if want to keep him a potential spare reserve account just in case of future issues.

if he has to submit identification and there's no way around it, avoid submitting the same identification he previously sent when he verified his account. If previously used dl, go with passport
