Real PP account got perm limited!

Hello,
My account got limited 2 months ago cause i violated User agreements..so i made a new REAL one ,with different name,different IP,different phone number and bank card,and i formated my computer before i registered.A few hours ago i got an email from paypal that my account is perm limited :
""We have recently reviewed your PayPal account, and due to the excessive risk involved, it has been permanently limited.

Please remove all references to PayPal from your website/s and/or auction/s. This includes not only removing PayPal as a payment option, but also the PayPal logo and PayPal shopping cart.

Per the User Agreement, when PayPal permanently limits an account due to a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, any funds on your account can be held for up to 180 days.

Please be advised that we will review your account after 30 days and once we calculate our exposure to any chargebacks, we will notify you to arrange the release of any excess funds that are available for a withdrawal. If there are any further funds remaining in your account after this time, we will continue to review your account every 30 days until either

  • all your funds have been made available to you for a withdrawal
    or
  • a period of 180 days has passed

Note that should any chargebacks result in your account balance falling below zero, then you will also need to settle the amount owed to PayPal to avoid further action.

Customers who are permanently limited for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not permitted to use PayPal services and are not permitted to open new or additional PayPal accounts.

Should i try to appeal that?i've sent em any documents they asked for ( ID proof and adress proof)and it worked fine for about 2 months ..im Selling e-goods (not on ebay),and used revolut bank account to withdraw money (about 200-300e profit/day)
Do you think they have linked this account with my old one?

stolen goods(virtual or digitL),copyright,trademark infringement,govt identified fraud service and products,selling certain items before having the item in possession,the list is a mile long .

I don't why people keep to post "real" or "stealth", security algorithm is the same in both case

was selling virtual goods and services on a few online games, not on ebay..had not a single claim or a chargeback ..on my first account it kept for 1 year , i think they limited me cause i had some friends and family payments,it was like 10-15 transaction in total..
They never told me the reason of the limitation..on my 1st or 2nd account

do your old and new Paypal accounts linked to the same seller account ,wherever you are selling ?

No i think they arent linked..i use different IP, differetn name, different PC,different address,bank account/card ..not sure why my 2nd one is banned..if we say that my first one is banned cause of friends and fmaily payments..paypal never gave me an answer why they limited me..

they are not linked to any ebay accounts ( im not selling on ebay or any other platforms)

Well it's simple really. They don't like what you sell. Real or stealth, doesn't matter.

Ye thats what im thinking..virual goods marked as high risk from paypal...but the thing is i know many people selling exaclty the same goods as me for many years through paypal with no issue

Those sellers are probably receiving funds using a paypal account that is 15+ years old.

hmm i doubt that, most of them selling for 1-2 years max..maybe i have to chill abit and do like 2-3 transactions /day on paypal for 1-2 months and use other services for my rest ones or something like that :D
