IP/hot spot/ Sim card banned immediately

If you try to set up an account and immediately get banned, is your ip, hot spot or the sim you used compromised? Sames goes for other info like email and banking info?

I've never had an issue with hotspot/ sim but ip, email, and bank info all link for sure

For sure. I used to change MAC address every time for each account. It's been more than a year now without changing it and I have no problems.

Let me clarify... hotspot doesn’t “link”. I didn’t mean to imply that. It just gets banned

eBay doesn't know your MAC address. Source and destination MAC addresses will be different.
