PayPal account permanently limited

Quick question, hopefully someone can answer this for me. I have a PayPal account that just got permanent banned.
I had 4 Different eBay account attached to it. If I attached them to a new PayPal account, would it or the ebay account get restricted also?

Paypal can link your old and new Paypal via the common Ebay accounts

So basically the EBay accounts I have are done. If I buy a stealth PayPal most likely this will get limited rather quick? Would I be better off to go with ebay and PayPal stealth account? Has anytime else experienced this?

Getting the separate/new ebay and paypal stealths are 100% recommended.
However, you can still use your old ebay accounts, and pair it with older pp stealths. If you'll link newer pp stealth accounts to that old ebay accounts, most likely the new pp will get limited quickly, but in reality, we actually never know when it will happen.

Whatever paypal you attach to that ebay account will be restricted because
paypal will connect it through the ebay account.

You can still use the ebay account, just apply for the managed payments
and bypass paypal altogether.

It's just a matter of time until you will be linked again. you will have to use new PP account.
