I am a ebay seller but recently my Paypal account was permanently limited.
I am so upset that I can't use PayPal. I tried to creat a new PayPal account but finally my new account was limited too! I think Paypal found out my name, bank account and IP address are same!
I am thinking to use my friend's PayPal account. I think Paypal may not check this time as the account detail are totally different.
But I did link my ebay to my previous PayPal accounts before and I am so worried PayPal can check and find me out as I am using the same ebay accounts .
Do I need to create a new ebay account or can I use the existing ebay account with my friend's PayPal account? Thanks.

Do not use a friend's paypal.
Also the details have to be ALL different, and that includes name, bank account, and IP.
You were linked because you had the same details as a limited account.
I think you should make your own new paypal with new details and take it slow.
Don't link your current ebay accounts with your new paypal because paypal will know you had those accounts linked with a limited paypal.
