UK PayPal withdraw money to debit card?

Hello, I want to ask if now it's possible to withdraw money from UK Paypal to debit card visa or mastercard, because year ago when I was using UK paypals I could withdraw only to bank account.

Only bank for UK. My Barclays debit card does not work for withdrawal

You can withdraw to a visa debit card.
